About Mt. Bhanoti Expedition
Mt.Bhanoti Expedition is 5646 meter high altitude climbing expedition lie in Kumoun Himalayas Bageswer district, Uttarakhand, India. This expedition follow sunderdhunga valley route till Kathaliya from there one route goes to Kanakata Pass and another one for Bhanoti peak. Region : Kumoun Himalayas, Uttarakhand, India Altitude : 5646 Mtrs. Grade : Difficult Duration : Jun to September This route pass through beautiful Himalayan village like Khati, Kharkiya, Jatoli and some villages yet not connected to road, after passing through village there are magnificent view of Himalayan peaks and dense forest, we can see Pindar river which source is Pindari Glacier later it merge with Alakanada River in Karnaprayag.
How to Reach
By Train : Kathgodam is the nearest Railhead or one can reach via Haridwar/Rishikesh and from there to Bageswer. By Air : Pantnagar is nearest Airport if unavailable then can reach to Dehradun Airport or Delhi Airport from there can travel by bus or private cab.Region : Kumoun Himalayas, Uttarakhand, India
