By Air :-

Bhuntar, which is 52 km away from Manali, is the nearest airport. Taxi services are available from Bhuntar to Manali, Bhuntar is well connected to Delhi by air. For returning Airport in Leh Available.

 By Road:-

Manali is well connected to Delhi. Take an overnight bus from Delhi to Manali.

Itineraries

Day 01

Arrive Manali, Check in Hotel, Acclimatization & bicycle test

Arrive Manali and reach to Hotel, Today will be acclimatization day for high altitude and can check or by gear to require during this tour, Bicycle test and service. Night halt in Manali.

Day 02

Manali(1800 meter) to Marhi (3350mt.) : 37 Km

Today our first day of the Manali – Leh Cycling Expedition will start after the breakfast. Today our halt will be in Marhi 37 km from Manali town, The road is easy till village palchan 11 km from Manali. From Palchan the climb start towards Rohtang pass. Today we will camp in Marhi in lap of nature

Day 03

Marhi (3350mt.) to Sissu(3100 mt.) via Rohtang Pass (3970m): 50 km

Day 04

Sissu (3100 mt.) to Jispa (3200mt.) : 55 km

Today beginning with steady riding till Gondla and then decent riding to Tandi, here we will see confluence of Chadra River and Bhaga River. Till Keylong steady Ride along with Bhaga River. After Keylong, the mountainside starts dropping subtle hints that you are moving towards a desert. Jispa Situated in bank of Bhaga River, Today night Halt in Jispa.

Day 05

Jispa (3200mt.) to to Zing Zing Bar(4250mt.): 30 Km

Today Altitude is high and mix of ascent, gradual ascent, will pass through Deepak tal, a beautiful relaxing point. Zing zing bar is a road building camp and tea house situated 18 km from Bara-lacha-la on the Manali to Leh road in the Lahaul and Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh. It lies at an altitude of around 4,250 m.

Day 06

Zing Zing Bar (4250m) to Brandy Nallah(4200m) via Baralacha Pass(4890m): 65Km

Today we will face one more challenge of Manali – Leh Cycling Expedition, Baralacha Pass situated at an altitude of 4890 m passing through Rocky Mountains and cold winds also will face lack of oxygen so taking breath will be hard. We need to maintain our easy pace so we will not get tired. You can halt a while in Barlacha Pass for taking few pics of the valley and then start riding towards Barndly Nallah.
Today we will halt in Brandy Nallah.

Day 07

Brandy Nallah to Pang (4600 m) via Nakee La (4750m) Lachulung La (5050m) : 55Km

Today will pass through harping bends called Gata Loops which will be quite adventurous ride. After 10 km climb riding We reach at Nakee la (4750m), take pictures and climb down to Whiskey Nallah and start the second climb to Lachulung la (5050m). It is a 7 km tiring climb to Lachlung la You will pass through Lachung La which is the second highest pass of Leh – Manali Cycling Expedition. From here 25 km down riding to Pang (4600m). Today Halt in Pang.

Day 08

Pang (4600 m) to Debring(4800 mt) ; 50 Km

Today we will ride towards Pang , one of the highest transit camp at Pang – at 15,640 feet above sea level. Located between Sarchu and Leh, this camp has been set up as a stop for the armed forces who take this route between the areas bordering Pakistan and China and the rest of the country. Today its 5 km climb and approx. 40 km More plains ride, The route today is on a vast Plateau which gives an enthralling ride unless weather remains in favor. Today night halt in Pang.

Day 09

Debring (4800 m) to Rumtse(42500 m) via Tanglang la (5350m) : 50Km

Today ride beginning with thrilling uphill climb approx. 7 Km to Tanglang la (5350m). We can see magnificeint view of Himalayas and Karakoram peaks. After exploring Tanglang la start downhill ride to rumtse. Overnight stay in Rumtse.

Day 10

Rumtse(42500 m) to Leh(3500m) : 75Km : 7 Hours

Today we will start riding to Leh alongside with Indus River, roaring sound of Indus river feel energetic during riding. Leh was an important stopover on trade routes along the Indus Valley between Tibet to the east, Kashmir to the west and also between India and China for centuries. The main goods carried were salt, grain, pashm or cashmere wool, charas or cannabis resin from the Tarim Basin, indigo, silk yarn and Banaras brocade. Leh we will get better accommodation then previous. We will stay in Leh Today.

Day 11

Leh(3500m) to Khardundgla(5359m) & Return : 40km : 7 Hours

Reaching Khardundgla is dream for every rider, Adenture lover, Travel lovers because it the world highest moterable pass. Today altitude gain is approx. 2000 meter, riding will be bit tough but jeal to reach Khardungla will not feel you tired. After reaching khardunla enjoy overwhelming view of the Indus Valley and Zanskar valley mountains. After celebrating your successful trip return to Leh. Night stay in Leh.

Day 12

Leh –Depart for your destination

Today say bye to Leh, Depart to Airport and fly to your destination with sweet memories of Leh - Manali Cycling Expedition.
