Dayara Bugyal trek is count as one of the best Himalayan meadows trek situated in Uttarakashi district in Uttarakhand at an altitue of 12000 ft, spread over 28 sq. km. Bugyal is a local name means green grassland in high altitude area where shepherd shelter for grazing their pet animals like Horses, Goats, Buffalos, Bulls Cows seasonally. This trek offers view of Himalayan peaks Bandarpooch, Black peak, Bhagirathi peaks I,II, meadow of Dayara & meadow of Gidara bugyal with some clear streams of water. Dayara Bugyal attracts many visitor every year because of it’s beautiful view around it, snow-skiing also can be done in winter season. Trek route passes through thick forest of Oak & Rhododendron, some places shepherd shelter.

The thing that one has to keep in mind is to take the proper medication with them at the higher altitude, though we provide every possible thing it is always better to keep your medicines.

you can reach by bus/Taxi to Uttarakashi and from there sharing vechile to Raithal village.

Day 02 – Trek from Raithal to Chelapada via Gui - 7.5 km trek – 5-6 Hours

Day 03 : Chelapada to Dayara Bugyal & retun – 13 km – 6-7 Hours

Day 04 : Trek from Chelapada to Raithal -7 km downhill trek & 190 km drive to Dehradun/Rishikesh -8-9 Hours
