Advance payment 50% of total trek/tour program cost for booking confirmation, Balance amount can pay before trek or immediately same day of completion of tour/trek program by cash or cheque or online transfer. Payment will be payable in the name of Go Himalayas.
We accept payment by Cash, Cheque Draft or Online Transfer etc, all payment is payable to Go Himalayas.
Go Himalayas has the right to alter or changes of itineraries, in case of any natural calamity or anything beyond out of control.
Cancellation must be in writing
- More than 30 days prior to the tour/trek program start date 95 % will be refund of total program cost.
- Between 29 and 15 days prior to the tour/trek program start date 60% will be refund of total program cost.
- Between 14 and 10 days prior to the tour/trek program start date 40% will be refund of total program cost.
- Less than 10 days, there will be no refund.
Traveler/Trekker should have insurance, which covers health and medical medical, damage to baggage, theft, emergency evacuation by helicopter etc.
Health & Fitness
Traveler or Trekker must be in good health and in a good physical condition. It is vital that participants with medical problems make them known to us well before departure.
In the event of any dispute, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction of Dehradun Court only.
If you have, any complaint during trek inform our guide or team leader immediately for immediate action.
